ive been growing my hair since nov 2008, it wasn’t until august 2009 that i stopped combing and conditioning my hair. i do not,separate, comb, twist,use wax,jell, rubberbands, nothing but washing, which i do 3-5 times a week the more i wash the quicker it seems to lock. i started noticing hair forming clumps around the 2nd month of not combing, washing my hair as often as i do in my opinion is the reason it locked up so fast, i naturally have very kinky hair except for the top which is finer and is taking the longest to lock up, any questions , feel free to ask, i havent seen any other african textured “freeform, neglect, organic” dreadlock journeys on youtube and this is why im sharing this with you guys, hope you enjoy!! will be posting a video once a month or so
